    Do you download those backgrounds somehow? Again, they look so much like paintings, Monet maybe!

      Thanks Joyce! I use a combination of background textures I've created and in the case above also some from Kim Klassen (fabulous photoshop artist).

      In the top photo I also duplicated and offset an additional image to soften the lines and give it a more painterly effect.
