Wow! These are gorgeous. I love all the different textures you capture along with different shades and tones of colour.
Yay! Colour week would not be complete without you - colour diva extraordinaire!!! Beautiful, beautiful reds - that pomegranate's like a jewel :)
yeahaa Beverly great red colors.Tell hubby he can't play along even with all the red he's wearing, the only colour on him I'll see is gray....Go tell him, he might hop over here and kick some butt. ;-)))
i love a pomegranate. seriously. they look so ethereal to me. they carry a red that is uniquely theirs. beautiful reds!
Ooh, beautiful deep reds!
They are all beautiful!! But the barn is my favorite. :)What song was being strummed on that red guitar?
He was playing the blues... but before that it was Flamenco on the classical guitar!
Oh, just wonderful! I am also a jewelry artist, I love your blog! Of course, I am in love with color...
Fabulous captures, Beverly! The pomegranates are particularly amazing. This study in red reminds me of one of my first art classes. The assignment was to choose 5 things with the "same hue, tint" of red! As you can imagine, it was quite an eye opener! I've never looked at color with quite the same eye after that clever assignment! Hugs, Teri xoxo
Lovely warm reds! Is the last one water reflecting a red light or a fire?
The last photo was taken while waiting in 'the pickup line' for my kids. Rain pelted the windshield - this is my view of the tail-light in front of me.
Oh my, you take beautiful pictures. I am so glad I found you this way.
The pomegranates and the barns are gorgeous! I placed a link to my red photos on Curious Girl's blog. Amazing blog, so happy to have found it and will be subscribing!
Your reds are pretty darn lush, my friend...even if one of 'em is singin' the blues ;)... i joined in too...look forward to seeing all the inspirations of color.
Wonderful photographs! I love the pomegranate. :)
I've gone through the whole week and can't figure out which day grabs me the most. I think the reds and oranges. Strange, because I'm a blue person.
