I ordered books from my publisher to go directly to the Bead & Button Show... and they are sending me the last 26 copies!
Great news is that Beaded Colorways will go into a second printing - due out in September.
THANK YOU

I love your book and will be working closely with it during my summer "making stuff for fall shows" season.
ReplyDeletePS - Congratulations on the second printing!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to you and all of those with the great taste to purchase your book. :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, too. I bought mine two month ago and wrote at Amazon.de, "it's one of the best books within the beading scene". I for myself have longed for such a book, giving good support to deal with colours and how simply one can get inspired by nature. Your colourwheels also made be brave, to wear a green chain to a magenta pullover, not only to a white dress. Your great artistic style to link the beads, wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting... congratulations! I am happy to say I bought your book a few months ago so thankfully I have a copy!

Congrats Beverly! That is awesome.
ReplyDeleteWEll deserved! Congratulations! Hugs, Terri xoxo
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Beverley. I knew when I read the first lines of your intro - inside each and every one of us is an artist that wants to come out - that you get 'it'. I am seeing your book touches people in different ways, bit earth mother, bit back to our roots, but always permissive - and achievable. That is what I like about it. Being on huge wanderwork neck piece number two, it is meditation too.
ReplyDeleteThat's fantastic! You must be so thrilled. I have to say, I am not surprised - it's the first time I have read about colour theory in any form and actually found it relevant and more importantly, I have understood it! So thank you!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! We all can't wait until you come out with book #2!
