Hers
And then there's Hot Pink
This Rugosa Rose bloomed just in time to celebrate pink. So heavenly fragrant, you can smell it in neighboring yards. I steep a handful of petals in vodka with a vanilla bean and a few cloves to make Rose Liqueur.

ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! Love your new outfit!
ReplyDeleteYour reds are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI love the red "R" and the skirt. And that rose is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteHo dear, I believe I totaly fell in love with this one Beverly. The way you've used His and Hers is to good to be true. Great Idea! And it fits perfectly. Like J. standing there. Good to see him again. I'm curious how that skirt looks on you, I'll bet fab. Thanks for given me new ideas again.
ReplyDeleteI love the his&hers take on reds! I see hers are a bit more earthy and his quite racy...
ReplyDeleteBut oh, THAT SKIRT!!! Now that is a skirt for twirling in! I love, love, love it. No-one could feel anything but uplifted in that gorgeous outfit, surely?
Also liking the sound of that rose liqueur - never tasted that before but that combination of flavours sounds just delicious to me. Do you drink it over ice, or in coffee, or just on its own? Or do you serve it over ice-cream? I'm intrigued.
ssssssssss!!!
ReplyDeleteHot! Love the first mosaic, especially!
Old cars, "R's", and shinny guitars, now that's what I call red! Your red pics are the best!
ReplyDeleteSubtle is no fun-love the skirt and accessories.

wow, your red post was alive! they have all been awesome, but red was really something, could almost smell & taste it! and - my bead soup came! i poured it into a big white bowl and it's on my work bench, where i stop every now & then to swirl it around & run my fingers through it. your photography is top notch, but to actually get to touch these puppies - sublime. thank you, beverly!
ReplyDeleteAll your images are exquisite visual candy!! The gas pump, the skirt, the rose. Love the his and hers. :)
ReplyDeletePerfect post, loved it. You do seem to have an eye for color, lol. Guess that's a good thing, heh?
